Ms. Burris is the Chief of Compliance Officer and Director of Operations & Administration at Baseline Partners.

In her role, Ms. Burris is immersed in supporting all crucial aspects of the business, including executive management, investor relations, accounting, and portfolio management. She is directly responsible for managing office operations and processes, administration, and human resources.

Ms. Burris has 10 years of experience in administration, operations, and process improvement. Prior to joining Baseline Partners, Ms. Burris served as the Sr. Executive Assistant to CEO at Window Rock Capital Partners. She has also held positions in Compliance & Regulations with the Seminole Tribe of Florida, and Administration & Operations within the manufacturing field.

Ms. Burris holds a B.A. in Administration from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
