Deborah Eshman
Transaction Coordinator

Deborah Eshman is a member of the Asset Management team at Baseline. Her position as Transaction Coordinator includes research and management of the due diligence process performed when an investment is being reviewed for purchase and/or origination. Her efforts are critical in ensuring Baseline makes quality investments that perform well for the duration of their term.

Ms. Eshman has over ten years of experience in the mortgage industry, including roles in processing and servicing. Prior to joining Baseline, Ms. Eshman held Loan Processor roles with both Loan Depot and Amerisave Mortgage. She also brings extensive project management, customer relations and training and development experience.
