Eric Jordan
Director of Originations & Business Development

Mr. Jordan oversees the loan origination and business development efforts at Baseline.  He is responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing new loan opportunities nationwide.

Prior to joining Baseline, Mr. Jordan was a Senior Vice President at Columbia Pacific Advisors where he was responsible for loan production and business development for the real estate lending strategy. Previously, Mr. Jordan was with Calmwater Capital in Los Angeles as a senior originator in their bridge lending platform.  At Calmwater, he was also involved in fund development and underwriting and participated in closing over $1 billion in transactions throughout the United States.  Prior to Calmwater, he was Director of Acquisitions at Parallel Real Estate Advisors and began his career in real estate audit for PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco. 

Mr. Jordan obtained a dual degree MBA/MRED from the University of Southern California and a degree in Finance from Santa Clara University.  He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.
