Mrs. Roboski is the Director of Transaction and Vendor Management at Baseline Partners. Her responsibilities include vetting new vendors to support a variety of functions in acquisitions, servicing, and sales process, as well as continued oversight and management of existing vendors. Mrs. Roboski manages the stringent due diligence processes that occur prior to acquiring any new investment.

Prior to joining Baseline, Mrs. Roboski joined Window Rock Capital Partners in 2013, where she held a similar role. She primarily focused on the servicing and oversight of the residential portfolio. Previously, Mrs. Roboski held the position of Business Analyst at Green Tree Servicing, supporting the efforts of improving the default mortgage servicing process, and prior to that, she served as the Vendor Oversight Manager at Bank of America, overseeing several vendors in the liquidation efforts of delinquent residential mortgage loans.

Mrs. Roboski attended Arizona State University, where she studied Psychology.
