Mr. Georgiev is Vice President of Portfolio Management at Baseline Partners and a member of the Valuation Committee. He is involved in the pricing, structuring and completing investments, as well as constructing financial models to monitor and optimize portfolio performance and manage risk.

Mr. Georgiev began working in the investment management industry in 2013. Prior to joining Baseline, he supported investment and portfolio management activities and was instrumental in aggregating over $175 million of short-term, rental, and NQM loans. Previously, Mr. Georgiev worked for Premium Point Investments and was a key member of the team responsible for the aggregation and securitization of approximately $2 billion of prime-jumbo loans.

Mr. Georgiev holds a M.S. in Financial Engineering from Columbia University and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from American University in Bulgaria.
