Mrs. Dzera is the Sr. Accountant at Baseline Partners. In her role, Mrs. Dzera is directly responsible for managing the servicing accounting activity and processes. Additionally, her responsibilities include bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, month-end close processes, and support for annual audit selections.

Prior to working at Baseline, Mrs. Dzera held a similar role at Window Rock Capital Partners. Before joining Window Rock Capital Partners, Mrs. Dzera spent over 18 years at Intel Corporation, where she held various roles in their Finance and Accounting organizations, including Data Analytics, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Data Management, and Sox Compliance and reporting. Her extensive accounting career spans over 30 years in the financial services, technology, and manufacturing industries, as well as some experience with non-profit accounting.

Mrs. Dzera earned her B.S degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

With her husband of 31 years, Martha lives in Chandler, Arizona where she enjoys baking, country western dancing, and doting on her two canine fur babies.
