Patrick Cardon

Mr. Cardon is the Founder and Managing Partner of Baseline Partners. As the firm’s Chief Investment Officer, he oversees Baseline’s investment strategy, operations, and fund management and chairs the firm’s Investment, Valuation, and Management Committees. 

Prior to founding Baseline Partners, Mr. Cardon invested and managed several investment portfolios of short-term commercial real estate, rental, and Non-QM loans, and distressed residential loans and assets on behalf of institutional investors, foundations, endowments, family offices, and high net worth individuals.

In addition to his activities at Baseline, Mr. Cardon leads the Cardon Family Office, a third- generation family business operating since 1934. At the family office, he directs and manages investments in commercial real estate including multi-family, office, industrial, and retail real estate asset classes, undeveloped land and residential master planned communities,  private debt, private equity, venture capital, and other family investments and partnerships. He also serves as a Trustee for the Jeito Foundation, a non-profit support organization.

Patrick holds a B.A. in history from Columbia University where he was a merit scholar. He resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife and their four children.
