Vivianne Vallejo
Transaction Coordinator

Vivianne Vallejo is a member of the Asset Management team at Baseline. As a Transaction Coordinator, Ms. Vallejo focuses on facilitating and assisting in the due diligence process for loan funding and post-closing. Her responsibilities aide in the quality investments and post-closing management of these investments for Baseline.

Prior to joining Baseline, Ms. Vallejo served as Transaction Coordinator/Project Coordinator and Realtor for HomeVestors of America.  At HVA, Ms. Vallejo worked closely with Title Companies, Lenders, Sellers and Buyers to facilitate smooth and timely closings. 

Prior to Baseline, Ms. Vallejo also worked as an Escrow Officer and Realtor in Land Banking, Land Acquisition, Home Building, Property Management (Commercial and Residential). 

Ms. Vallejo attended Phoenix College (Business Administration) and Mesa Community College (Real Estate and Accounting Principles).
